My name is Carol Hutchison. I live in Inverness but come originally from Aberdeen. In Aberdeen I worked for 4 years with an organisation called ‘Community Integrated Care’ working with young adults with learning difficulties. After this I took some time away to Study and later returned to Aberdeen to become a ‘Community Worker for Children and Young People’ at a Baptist church. Six years on, I moved to work part time with a Creative Arts organisation, based in Inverness, called ‘Out of the Box’.

When I heard of Reach4Reality I was instantly interested in their work. I enjoy getting to know the young people and love seeing them thrive and gain confidence through the activities Reach4Reality provide. I am excited to be part of the team.
